  • 04  Tear Down — This is the uncomfortable part. It is also where your work begins.
  • 05  Build Up — We excavate what shaped you, understand what held you back, and rebuild from the core — so that who you become as a leader cannot be undone.
  • 06  Strategize — We build strategies that belong to you alone — shaped by your situation, your ambitions, and the level of challenge you are prepared to meet.

How It Begins

Once we have spoken and I confirm I am taking you on, I will send a brief engagement agreement and an invoice for the first period. We schedule our first session within seven days of signing. Nothing complicated. The work begins immediately.

Confidentiality

I treat the privacy of every person I work with as an absolute. What you share with me stays with me — without exception, without qualification. I do not discuss one client with another. I do not reference engagements publicly or privately without your explicit written permission. You have my word on this, and it is formalised in every contract I sign.
