Thomas joined 650 leaders at Sphere 2024 in Finland to open a conversation most executives avoid: not whether AI and robotics will reshape work, but the speed at which each is maturing — and why the two trajectories will not stay aligned. The keynote reframes robotics as a human story, not a technology story, and challenges the audience to measure their own rate of change against the rate of change around them.
Thomas joined UNICEF’s global community of entrepreneurs for a virtual conversation on persistence, risk, and the emotional work of building something new. Reaching more than 2,000 participants worldwide, the conversation is a reminder that the hardest part of entrepreneurship is not the idea or the market — it is giving yourself permission to keep going when nothing is certain yet.
Thomas took the LOGIN 2023 stage in front of 500 leaders with a thesis most executives are never told directly: great leadership cannot be delegated. It is not a function of title, strategy, or process. It is the personal attention you invest in the people you lead — and the only way to get it right is to show up yourself. The keynote is grounded in Thomas’s own story, including the mentors and colleagues who shaped how he came to lead.
