Only 32% are confident they have the right skills to implement GenAI in their organization
The challenge with GenAI isn’t the technology, it’s leadership. It’s the culture of both the leaders of the client organizations who want it for their customers and the IT services companies/departments who are tasked to build it.
They don’t have the right pedigree, DNA, or cultural ethos to intimately understand what it truly is about and how to co-prosper with it.
The parents of the hippies of the ’60s did not understand that the world needed this new movement to elevate our global appreciation for one another to stop the killing and to kick start a global peace movement that changed history.
The business leaders of today are yesterday’s hippie parents
GenAI is different and it is necessary.
GenAI is confusing, scary, lawless, and disruptive without any end in sight.
Welcome everyone 1960s v2.0. The future will be written by the young, not old men.
